Hendrix Genetics Appoints Juan Pablo Barrales as New Commercial Director of the Salmonids Business Unit
Santiago, Chile – June 16, 2026 – Hendrix Genetics announces the appointment of Juan Pablo Barrales as Global Commercial Director of the Salmonids Business Unit. In this new role, Barrales will take on the strategic management of all Landcatch and Troutlodge products and services, serving customers in more than 65 countries.
With a solid track record in the salmon industry and deep knowledge of the aquaculture market, Barrales brings over 25 years of experience across Chile’s aquaculture sector. During this time, he has held senior management roles within international companies, combining leadership and technical expertise across the aquaculture sector.
Based in Chile, he will be responsible for sales, logistics, and technical support. His work will aim to strengthen customer relationships, enhance operational efficiency, and support Hendrix Genetics’ international presence in a highly competitive and evolving sector.
Barrales’ appointment reflects Hendrix Genetics’ ongoing commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and the development of internal talent.
