ABC Forum June 2024
As members of the Accelerator Bright Community you are invited to join the ABC Forum that will take place from June 10th to June 13th, 2024. This will take place on an inspiring location in the Netherlands.
In order to confirm your attendance and assist us in making the necessary arrangements, we ask you to please complete the pre-registration form on this page by February 23rd.
Your commitment to attending this event is mandatory. Your attendance is required to complete the training program Leading with Impact and your contributions will play a significant role to the success of the Forum.

*Please plan your travel arrangements in order to leave after the end of the program.
The venue is located 30 minutes by car from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
Please make your own arrangements if you need a hotel room on Sunday and/or Thursday nights.
We will provide shuttle from/to the airport on Monday and Thursday. More details will be provided later on.

Your commitment to attending this whole event is mandatory. Your attendance is required to complete the training program Leading with Impact and your contributions will play a significant role to the success of the Forum. We do ask everyone to join the whole event from start to finish. We will include some time in the program to accommodate people to attend to urgent matters.
We have tried to do many modules and parts of the community meeting online but the forum will be a face to face event.
This is a not-to-be-missed event, and attendance will be required. The decision to organize this event in person stems from the significance of face-to-face interactions and the unique collaborative opportunities it provides.

The initial registration is aimed at starting the reservations such as hotel rooms. Later in the process we will follow-up with your diet wishes and further details.

Accommodation and Travel
This will take place on an inspiring location in the Netherlands. The event location will be about 30 km from Schiphol/Amsterdam airport. It’s about 170 km from Boxmeer (2 hours travel by car). Details will be communicated closer to the event.
Participants organize their own travel to the Netherlands to the event. The organizing team will book your hotel. We all will be in the same hotel for convenience.
The organizing team will take care of hotel rooms for June 10, 11 and 12. If you arrive earlier or leave later, we advise you to book a hotel close to Schiphol airport. This way you can also use the arranged transportation from the hotel to the airport.
