Following the announcement on Jan 14th, 2025, that Hypor B.V. and Danish Genetics officially
merged as Hendrix Genetics Swine, we are now updating you on the HGS China business and
organisation.

Following the announcement on Jan 14th, 2025, that Hypor B.V. and Danish Genetics officially merged as Hendrix Genetics Swine, we are now updating you on the HGS China business and organisation.
In China, the Hendrix Genetics Swine business will continue to follow the over-riding ‘in China for China’ strategy of Hendrix Genetics. Both Hypor and Danish Genetics products will remain available to the China market, that the marketing, sales, service and operation of both will be led and managed by Hendrix Genetics Swine China team-Hypor Anhui Agriculture Technology Ltd. going forward.
We also remain steadfastly committed to previous contractual understandings for both Danish Genetics and Hypor, ensuring the unwavering stability and enduring continuity of our cooperative partnerships.
